Bootstrap sampling was reiterated 1000 times. The scale bar refers to a phylogenetic distance of 0.1 amino acid substitutions per site. Prophenoloxidase-activating proteins are highlighted in red, and easter-type serine proteases are in green, hemolymph proteases are in blue, and pro-clotting enzymes are in orange.
