Macrophages were co-cultured with PCa exosomes or CM-2B4-GW4869/CM-1E8-GW4869 for 48 h. Cells from each group were harvested and lysed with RIPA buffer, and then the protein concentration was determined using the Bio-Rad protein assay. We used 20 µg of the cell lysates to analyze the activity of the AKT/STAT3 signaling pathways in different macrophage cells by Western blotting.
