Kaplan–Meier (K-M) curves are plotted for the PD-1/TC-PD-L1 scoring system in the tongue and larynx SCC separately. As the graphs show, the PD-1/TC-PD-L1 scoring system separates patient groups and has the potential for OS and DFS prediction in tongue and larynx squamous cell carcinomas separately. Patients within the highest score levels showed the best prognosis, and none of them experienced recurrence or cancer-caused death
