The ROC curve analysis demonstrates the diagnostic efficacy of a cutoff value of 123.6 pg/mL in distinguishing between controls (n = 42) and patients (n = 45). The area under the ROC curve is 0.9818 (95% CI: 0.9627 to 1.000, p < 0.0001), indicating outstanding discriminatory power. Notably, no data were missing for either controls or patients, ensuring the reliability of the analysis. These results suggest that the proposed cutoff value offers high sensitivity and specificity, underscoring its utility as a dependable tool for differentiating the two groups in this study
