The proportions of above-threshold sequences are plotted for both RIC₁₂ (Figure 1A) and RIC₂₃ (Figure 1B). Proportions from Vκ sequences are denoted by filled circles, those from V_H sequences are denoted by an unfilled square, and those from chromosome 8 are denoted by an X. A dashed line indicates proportions of sequences in O1, while a solid line indicates those in O2.
