Homeostatic Proliferation of T-lux Cells. T-lux CD3⁺ T cells (1 × 10⁷) were transferred to WT, congenic C57BL/6 (B6) mice (N = 8), denoted 'immunocompetent,' or RAG-deficient (RAG^-/-) B6 mice (N = 4), denoted 'lymphopenic.' Whole body bioluminescent imaging was performed at the indicated intervals post-transfer for a total of 24 days, and light emission was determined for both groups. Error bars indicate SEM.
