DC were incubated with paclitaxel at various concentrations or LPS (1 μg/ml) for 2 h before being washed and returned to culture for a further 24 h. Surface expression of various molecules was assessed by flow cytometry as outlined in the materials and methods. The panel reports the delta MFI (the difference between isotype-matched mAb and specific mAb) mean fluorescence intensity (MFI). Data representative of 5 independent experiments.
