Gene expression profiles are consistent with previously published microarray data. Comparison to a similar experiment performed by Amit et al was done to ensure gene expression profiles were consistent with previously published data. Corresponding time points from the Amit et al data set were used to calculate Pearson's correlation coefficient between selected expression profiles from the 2-fold filtered data set. All graphs except one have a positive average correlation coefficient greater than 0.89; Tle3 (C) has an average correlation of 0.66.
