Identification of IFN-γ producing cells using flow cytometry. Cells cultured with medium, Den2 with or without CsA at 24 h were stained with tri-CD3, FITC-CD8 and PE-CD4 or PE-CD56 and APC-IFN-γ. Gating profile of small lymphocyte (R1) and IFN-γ⁺ cell (R3) from one representative sample (A). Gated IFN-γ producing cells were analyzed with cell surface marker profiles (B).
