  1. 4T1 tDLN were harvested and separated by expression of CD62L. Subsets were activated by B/I and expanded for 7 days. Prior to B/I activation, and again after expansion, cells were stained for expression of CD8, CD62L, CD127, CD69, CD27, and CCR7. The CD62L- fraction was initially 93% CD62L- overall. Shown in the table is the percentage of CD8+ cells which express specific T cell markers, before and after B/I expansion, in the initially CD62L- fraction of tDLN cells. Results are representative of more than three independent experiments.
