Antibody responses in mothers at weaning. Mothers were immunised with the allergen ovalbumin (OVA) together with either Al(OH)3, PT, or CpG. Naïve mothers served as negative controls. OVA-specific IgE (A) and IgG1 (B), and IgG2a (C) antibodies were measured at weaning and the antibody concentrations are measured in arbitrary units (AU/ml). The median values are indicated by a line, * denotes a statistically significant difference compared to the OVA group, p < 0.05.
