BJcuL induces neutrophil adhesion to Matrigel and Fibronectin. Neutrophils (1 × 10⁴ cells/ml) were incubated with BJcuL (2.5 ng/mL) and allowed to adhere to Matrigel or fibronectin for 4 h at 37°C. The number of adhered neutrophils was determined as described in Materials and Methods. Data shown represent means ± SD of 3 experiments performed on neutrophils from different donors (p < 0.05, Student's t-test).
