  1. Hydrogen bonds (HB) and Van der Waals contacts (VWC) were predicted by in silico Molecular Docking assays. Exclusive interactions (ExI) were predicted only between the specified murine strain H-2K molecule and the peptides that induce the discriminated cytokine production in lymph node cell cultures. Predominant interactions, despite not being exclusive, were predicted to occur at least twice more frequently for specific cytokine production-related peptides. *NP - none predicted.
