The heatmap reports the ratio between the log2 mean expression value for each condition and the median values of each probe set. The LogFC values are reported next to the Gene Symbol for each gene. Red indicates up-regulated and blue down-regulated probe sets. The probe sets (rows) are grouped according to their similarity by hierarchical clustering using complete linkage (Euclidean distance).
