Leukocytes appeared in green, blood vessels were visualized using i.v. injection of TRITC-conjugated albumin (orange). IL-8 strongly activated leukocyte extravasation and migration, whereas almost no leukocytes were found if ketoprofen gel was locally applied on skin prior the IL-8 injection.
