The effects of GMFG knockdown on β1 integrin distribution in CCRF-CEM cells. Control and GMFG-KD cells were plated on fibronectin coated surfaces, fixed and stained for β1 integrin expression. The intensity of staining fluorescence was measured along the length of the cell. Cells were categorized as having a tail bias, no bias or front bias with respect to integrin distribution. The tail and front of each cell is indicated respectively by ‘T’ and ‘F’. A) Line plots for three representative cells and an image of a cell in each category.
