Histological features of ear tissue and TSLP hyperproduction in DNCB-challenged mice. (A) BALB/c mice were sensitized with DNCB at 2-day intervals for up to 31 days, given 100 mg/kg FFO or NFO daily, and painted with hydrocort every other day, as described in Figure legend 1. Ear thickness was measured on day 31. (B) Paraffin sections of ear tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E, ×200), and (C) processed for CD3⁺ cells and (D) TSLP immunohistochemistry (IHC, ×200).
