  1. Cells (1 x 106) were harvested and stained with a variety of antibodies against cell surface markers to determine the expression character of the 43MR cells. Cells harvested for unstained and negative control samples were incubated with an isotype matched control to obtain baseline fluorescence. Cells were analyzed via FACS and scored as the percentage of positive cells above isotype control as follows: - (0-5%), +/− (6-25%), + (26-50%), ++ (51-75%), +++ (76-100%). n.d = not determined/unavailable.
