Inhibition of Th cells proliferation by MHCII-specific mAbs. Purified CD4⁺ T cells from mice primed with rLpp20 were stimulated with peptides (1.25 μg/ml) in the presence of mAbs specific for I-A^d, I-E^d, or MHCImolecules. Cultures incubated with peptides without mAbs were used as controls. The proliferation of the cells was quantified in triplicate by ³H-TdR incorporation. The values shown were means ± SD of three independent experiments.
