Effect of ATG therapy on Foxp3+ Treg cells. NOD mice were treated with ATG or isotype IgG twice with a 3-day interval. At day 3 and 22, CD4+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in spleen were examined by flow cytometry and the summary of each group was shown in Figure 4A and B, and 4C and D, respectively. At day 3, CD4+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in pancreatic and inguinal lymph nodes were also examined and shown in Figure 4E and F, 4G and H, respectively. Three mice were included in each group. The similar results were obtained in additional two independent experiments.
