B) IL-10 mRNA was quantified by real time RT-PCR from resting and activated Th2 cells. C) IL-10 primary transcripts were quantified by RT-PCR using primers specific to primary transcripts including intronic sequences from IL-10 locus. The results in B and C are the average and standard deviation of two independent experiments.
