BATF impacts Th17 differentiation in vivo and in vitro . A RNA prepared from stimulated, CD4⁺ T cells of the indicated genotypes was analyzed for Th17-associated transcripts by qRT-PCR. B and C Naïve CD4⁺ T cells of the indicated genotypes were cultured in vitro under conditions skewing differentiation to Th1 (B) or Th17 (C) cells.
