IL-17R expresses in NSCs. Dissociated single cells were incubated in stem cell culture or differentiation medium in 12-well plates for 2 days and processed for immunofluorescence. (a) Immunocytochemistry images of neural stem cells cultures labeled for IL-17R (green) and counterstained with the nuclei dye DAPI (blue). (b) IL-17R antibody was omitted to serve as control.
