HER-2(9 ₃₆₉ )-specific T cells, stimulated with proTα- or proTα(100–109)-matured DCs, are polyfunctional . The proportion of cells producing IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2 or CD107a was determined in total responsive CD8+ T cells recovered from cultures stimulated with DCs matured with TNF-α, proTα or proTα(100–109). Mean ± SE of data obtained from 3 different donors are shown.
