  1. 1This patient had anti-IL-10 antibodies of the IgG and IgA isotype.
  2. Thirteen patients had autoantibodies affecting the IL-10 signalling pathway. Eight patients had antibodies against a single protein, and five patients had antibodies against multiple components.
