(a) IL-33 is positively correlated with total cholesterol (n = 15; Spearman r = 0.6, P = 0.02) and LDL-C (n = 15; Spearman r = 0.7, P = 0.005) levels in diabetic subjects. (b) IL-33 is positively correlated with total cholesterol (n = 12; Spearman r =0.71, P = 0.01) and LDL-C (n = 12; Spearman r = 0.75, P = 0.007) levels in obese diabetic subjects.
