Rlk co-localizes with a portion of p59FynT. HeLa cells were transiently co-transfected with constructs expressing Rlk-GFP and wildtype FynT, fixed, stained with anti-Fyn (Fyn3, Santa Cruz) and Texas-Red anti-rabbit antiserum and visualized by fluorescent microscopy after counterstaining with DAPI.
