Day 8-FL cells can differentiate into immature or mature DCs depending on the presence of TGFβ (A) Flow cytometry analyses were performed on day 8-FL cells at day 0 and 5 after culture in the presence of 5 ng/ml GM-CSF plus 10 ng/ml TNF-α without or with 10 ng/ml TGF-β.
