Stimulation with IL-2+IL-12 (50 U + 125 U/106 cells): The line and bar graphs indicate the NK activity and the phenotypic characteristics respectively after in vitro stimulation with IL-2 and IL-12 for 0–14 days. The blue filled bar represents NK cells, the red bar represents T cells and the green bar represents the CD56 positive T cells. Results are expressed as Mean ± SD (n = 3).
