This immunoblot shows 12 bands produced by native anti-ceE IgY against cock serum, and native anti-chicken IgG conjugate. The corresponding antigens were removed through adsorption of the primary antibody with hens' sera and the secondary antibody with hen's liver in order to visualize the sFF-Ag.
