Three replicate strips were used, each with no peptide in row A and alternating phosphotyrosine and tyrosine peptides in rows B to H. The strips were tested for reactivity with clone 9H2 antibody as described in Methods. ELISA results (x-axis) are plotted against tyrosine or phosphotyrosine replicates for each strip (y-axis).
