T cells undergo enhanced apoptotic cell death when cultured with IFN-α-DCs from pregnant HA ⁺ women. IFN-α-DCs were co-cultured with 1 × 10⁵ allogenic MNCs from healthy donors at a 1:10 ratio. After 3 days, apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry. Gated CD3⁺CD4⁺ T cells were analyzed for Annexin V and PI double positivity.
