Both PRP and PFP contained 60 μg/mL pCRP. All experiments were performed in triplicate. Scale bar: 50 μm. B: Results of ELISA of the binding between mCRP (60 μg/mL) and immobilized isolated NETs. Four wells of each group were analyzed and averaged.
