The concentration of IL-10 and IL-17 in the serum and aqueous humor. A mixed treatment of ATRA and TGF-β reduced the serous level of IL-17 in serum at 2wks and 4wks and decreased the concentration of IL-17 in the aqueous humor at 4wks and 8wks. Meanwhile, a mixed treatment increased the IL-10 level in the aqueous humor at 4wks. At each time point, each group contained at least three samples of serum and five samples of aqueous humor.
