The suppressive activity of CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3+ T cells isolated from recipient mice. A single treatment of either ATRA or TGF-β could enhance the suppressive activity of CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3+ T cells in vitro. A mixed treatment of ATRA and TGF-β could further increase the suppressive activity. Each group contained five samples.
