Number of peptides recognized in each study group in all (10 out of 10), 90% (9 out of 10) and 80% (8 out of 10) serum samples obtained from children s in each test group. The trend of recognition (defined by the observations in the three points in each group) was similar between natural infection and DPTwc (p = NS), while it was statistically different in the comparison between natural infection and the remaining groups (p < 0.05 vs. DTPa5, p < 0.001 vs. both DTPa2 and DT).
