Anti-tumor cytotoxicity of induced immune cells in vitro. Cytolysis against hematological malignancy targets K562 (a), NB-4 (b), Jurkat (c), HL-60 (d), U266 (e), and Raji (f) cells were compared at 10:1 effector-target ratios (E:T). NK cells showed the most significant cytotoxicity. Results are expressed as the mean ± SD, n = 20. * p < 0.05, ** 0.001 < p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001, ns p > 0.05
