ELISPOT results of chronic HLA-A2 patients. a Stimulation index (SI) for CHB patients divided in two groups: Patients with the HLA-A2 genotype and patients without HLA-A2 genotype. Each datapoint represents the mean response to each individual epitope. The patients without HLA-A2 genotype had a significantly higher amount of IFN-γ production. If we included RHB patients in the analysis, the results were still significant.
