From: Serglycin proteoglycans limit enteropathy in Trichinella spiralis-infected mice
Serglycin proteoglycans enhance serum cytokine responses and affect IgE antibody levels in T. spiralis infected mice (12 dpi). The serum levels of TNF-α (a), IL-1β (b), IL-10 (c), total IgE (d), IL-4 (e) and IL-13 (f) were analyzed by ELISA. Pooled data from three experiments is shown with control mice (N = 12) and infected mice (N = 15) for each genotype.
