Effect of C. albicans infection on cell composition and histopathology of lung tissue from cPLA2α+/+ and cPLA2α−/− mice. cPLA2α−/− (KO) and cPLA2α+/+ (WT) mice were challenged with saline or 106 CFU C. albicans (CA) for 24 h and then lavaged.
