Functional characterization of T cells in spleen. Splenocytes and human PBMCs from two donors were stimulated with Dynabeads® Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 for 72 h and analyzed for proliferation (percentage of Ki67+ cells; a) and activation (percentage of CD25+ cells; b) of CD4 (left) and CD8 (right) T cells.
