Cross-linking of FcRs does not mimic the CRP effect on Mono Mac 6 cells. CRP or the indicated mouse antibodies were added to Mono Mac 6 cells in the presence or absence of donkey Fab2 anti-mouse secondary antibodies to cross-link the mouse antibodies.
