From: Neutrophils in primary gastric tumors are correlated with neutrophil infiltration in tumor-draining lymph nodes and the systemic inflammatory response

Comparison of neutrophils infiltration between tumor area and normal area. Lymph nodes, primary tumors, and normal mucosa were collected from patients who underwent surgical resection for gastric cancer. We used these samples for making single cell suspensions, then analyzed the ratio of neutrophils in each samples by flow cytometry using anti-CD 16b antibody.
