The sorted B cells were stimulated similarly with Fig. 3. a–c showed the mRNA levels of PTEN, AKT, and PI3K in cultured B cells analyzed by RT-PCR (left part), and their related protein expressions were analyzed by western blot (right part), respectively. Each western blot experiment used the same GAPDH as control for all detected proteins. Data are expressed as means ± SD of triplicate wells in one round experiment (n = 6), and the results were repeated in three independent experiments. Differences were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and S-N-K method.
