Wildtype C57BL/6 or IL-17A–KO mice (n = 6 per group) were intranasally inoculated with 1 × 105 cells with C. neoformans H99 strain (Cn H99) and were observed closely over a peroid of 40 days. b Fungal burden of the C. neoformans–infected mice.
