KLRG1 and ST2 expression of IL25-induced ILC2s. FACS-sorted ILC2s (Lin⁻CD45⁺IL17RB⁺ICOS⁺IL7ra^int) from pooled splenocytes and lung cells of IL25-injected apoE^−/− mice (n = 8–9) were cultured in the presence of IL-7 (10 ng/ml) and IL-33 (10 ng/ml). Cells were next stained with fluororochrome conjugated antibodies targeting CD45, KLRG1 and ST2 for flow cytometric analysis.
