Fs vaccines reduce spontaneous lung metastasis. a Quantification of pulmonary metastasis after immunization with Fs vaccines alone or (b) in combination with checkpoint blockade. At the endpoint, mice were euthanized, the lung aseptically removed, enzymatically treated and plated for 14 days. Fixed clonogenic 4 T1 metastatic colonies were stained with methylene blue and then counted.
