Inhibitory effects of PGRN on inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α and iNOS) expression in LPS-stimulate BMDMs and THP-1 cells. Cells were treated with LPS with or without 10 ng/ml rPGRN for 24 h and normal medium containing equal amount of PBS to rPGRN and LPS groups was used as negative control. a, b iNOS (a) and TNF-α (b) mRNA expressions were determined with q-PCR. c-f iNOS (c-e) and TNF-α (c, d, f) protein expressions were revealed by Western blot. g TNF-α secretion was evaluated by ELISA.
