Analysis of CD16 expression was more sensitive than CT scan after capecitabine therapy. a Peripheral venous blood from CRC patients receiving single-agent oral capecitabine adjuvant therapy was collected at different time (before capecitabine therapy, 1 month and 2 years after the therapy). Frequencies of CD11b+CD16highmyeloid cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. b CT scan was performed during follow-up after adjuvant chemotherapy in same patients as that of (a) respectively.
