Housing mice at their thermoneutral body temperature (30 °C) exacerbates the development of acute graft vs. host disease (aGVHD). Disease was induced by adoptive transfer of allogeneic C57BL/6 bone marrow (BM) alone into lethally-irradiated BALB/c recipients.
